Senior Manager, Data Management

Role: Senior Manager, Data Management responsible for overseeing clinical data management activities across all trial phases within Replimune's oncology-focused programs. The position involves leading data activities, vendor oversight, development of data management documents, and ensuring data quality and compliance. Responsibilities include review and management of vendor proposals, clinical study documentation (protocols, SAP, CSR), data review, and validation of systems aligned with CDISC standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams for data transfer and reporting. The role may include mentorship of other DM staff and participation in departmental initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical discipline; 10+ years of relevant clinical data management experience; deep expertise in outsourcing with CROs, particularly in oncology indications, data flow, integrity, and quality standards; strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems, data standards, and leadership in global clinical trial environments. High-Value: Oncology (cancer treatment), all phases, biologics or immunotherapies, clinical trial oversight, vendor management, data quality and integrity, CDISC standards. Work setup: hybrid remote/Woburn office; 10-25% travel for remote candidates.
