Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Cybersecurity and Network is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing management of cybersecurity programs and network infrastructure to protect networks, systems, and data against evolving cyber threats while maintaining availability, performance, and compliance. Hands-on leadership alongside strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise cybersecurity strategies for infrastructure protection.
- Oversee security controls across networks, servers, cloud, and endpoints.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate infrastructure-related security risks.
- Lead incident response efforts and drive root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and SOC 2.
- Manage network infrastructure and IT operations (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Azure connectivity, endpoints).
- Contribute to network and security architecture design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee patch management, vulnerability management, and system hardening.
- Drive zero-trust adoption and modern security frameworks.
- Implement network security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, segmentation).
- Oversee SIEM/SOC operations and security monitoring; ensure real-time detection, response, and remediation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during incidents.
- Manage vendors, managed security providers, and auditors; communicate risks to executive leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8–12+ years in IT infrastructure; 4–5+ years in cybersecurity leadership.
- Strong enterprise infrastructure knowledge (networking, servers, virtualization, cloud).
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
- Experience managing SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanning, and IAM.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent.
- Experience in publicly traded companies or regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
