Senior Manager, Cardiovascular / Repatha Omnichannel Content Supply Chain (Hybrid - once a month on campus)
What You Will Do
- Build and lead a CV/Repatha AI-ready commercial content supply operating model moving from standalone assets to quarterly Job Initiation Briefs (JIBs) and a MAC-ready modular submission matrix.
- Translate approved core/supplemental claims into source-claim packages, modular components, channel-use rules, metadata, and MAC-ready submission packages across HCP/DTC web, CRM, field RTEs, iCVA, paid media, endemic omnichannel platforms, SM Comms, patient-facing content (as applicable), and answer-ready search/GEO/AI environments.
- Operationalize the handoff from approved claims to modular adaptation; define claim/audience/barrier/module/channel rules, required assets, touchpoints, measurement tags, and refresh/expiration rules.
- Create feedback loops with GCCI Primary Market Research, CSS/PCP Promo, Analytics/Search/GEO, field, agencies, and paid media partners to update future JIBs/MAC matrices and content priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead modular content governance/standards; manage budget and partner delivery/resources; serve as business owner for AI-enabled content supply requirements; reinvent MAC-ready intake with AI-assisted pre-checks ensuring human accountability.
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate + 2 years; OR Master’s + 4 years; OR Bachelor’s + 6 years; OR Associate’s + 10 years; OR HS/GED + 12 years in marketing/commercial/digital/analytics/content/operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Regulated-industry content operations/promo review/supply chain experience; knowledge of JIB/MAC-ready submissions and Adobe/Veeva/AEM/Workfront-type systems; AI-enabled content supply and content lifecycle/governance; experience with HCP/DTC omnichannel needs; cross-functional leadership with market research, Medical/Legal/Regulatory/Compliance, GCCI Content Strategy, analytics, agencies, and offshore partners.
