Senior Manager, Culture and Future of Work

Responsibilities:
- Design and scale new ways of working that strengthen collaboration, belonging, agility and innovation using facilitation and experimentation to test and refine work practices
- Lead culture and engagement initiatives connecting purpose and innovation across teams; ensure inclusion, trust and scientific excellence are built into every experience
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to research and recommend digital and AI-enabled tools for daily work to enhance productivity and employee experience
- Partner with L&D, Talent Management, and IT/HR technology teams to build Future of Work readiness initiatives (digital fluency, AI awareness, and workforce upskilling)
- Facilitate, program design, and research; bring structure to complex challenges through workshops, sprints, and collaboration design sessions
- Conduct internal and external research on emerging Future of Work trends; translate insights into actionable strategies, frameworks, and playbooks
- Serve as a change leader and trusted advisor to help teams adapt to evolving work models
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related areas
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in organizational development, workforce strategy, employee experience, or related (preferably in biotech or a science-driven sector)
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated success driving enterprise-level culture and engagement programs and/or introducing digital collaboration tools or AI solutions
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills (including with executive leaders and scientists)
- Deep curiosity about how technology and culture intersect; passion for inclusive, human-centered workplaces enabled by technology
- Experience building and designing culture workshops
- Experience leading inclusive innovation or culture of learning initiatives
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
