Senior Manager, CRM IT

Role: Senior Manager, CRM IT overseeing Veeva CRM platform for Summit's oncology-focused commercial and medical functions. Objectives: define and execute CRM strategy, optimize platform capabilities, ensure data integrity, and support compliance. Responsibilities: lead Veeva CRM implementation, configuration, and enhancement across Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access; manage integrations with enterprise data platforms; oversee vendor and operational performance; drive process improvements, user adoption, and compliance. Requirements: bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related; 8+ years supporting pharma commercial systems; 6+ years hands-on Veeva CRM experience supporting sales, medical, and access functions; deep knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial processes including territory management, targeting, omnichannel engagement, and HCP/HCO management; experience leading full CRM implementations and integrations. Preferred: Veeva certifications, experience with Vault CRM, Veeva Vault Platform, Reltio MDM, analytics; supporting product launches and omnichannel strategies.
