Role Summary

Senior Manager, CRM Field Operations Lead responsible for defining and prioritizing implementation and enhancements across the Veeva CRM platform to support Sales and Marketing, partnering cross-functionally to enable outstanding customer engagement and align IT services to the business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Owns and drives the NA Commercial Sales & Marketing roadmap of annual CRM priorities for designated BUs
  • Work with IT counterparts to build requirements and manage the agile workflow in JIRA
  • Approve and prioritize development work based on business priorities and user feedback
  • Identify and communicate potential improvements to platforms; support Sales & Marketing in identifying opportunities and communicating technical solutions
  • Oversee end-to-end sprint management activities with DTE and address business-related changes during implementation
  • Manage the product backlog and conduct prioritization exercises based on changing business requirements in Jira
  • Provide implementation support including validation of requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Partner with Commercial Training and Change Management to provide supporting materials and ensure training content matches system functionality
  • Collaborate with Veeva Align to ensure account hierarchy and align flows into Veeva CRM
  • Work with Marketing on Veeva CRM integration projects (email templates, CLM, training content on iPad, website integration, batch emails, etc.)
  • Align priority decisions with IT partners, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Veeva CRM and related business processes and technology
  • Train end-users on new technology and support adoption

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelorβ€šΓ„Γ΄s degree in business, technology, or equivalent
  • Required: 7+ years in biopharma technology with experience supporting Commercial functions and Veeva CRM/Vault

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep experience implementing/running technology adoption across global Commercial systems
  • Experience with onshore and offshore vendor partners within an Agile framework
  • Strong JIRA and Confluence experience
  • Knowledge of business processes and operations within a Commercial biopharma environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with ability to identify and deliver process improvements
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity across organizational levels
  • Ability to travel domestically, as needed
