Role: Lead the AI-powered Engineering & Development of Veeva CRM capabilities, focusing on delivering AI-enabled solutions to enhance commercial field tools and workflows. Responsibilities: define platform strategy, embed AI and automation, lead UIX design for CRM interfaces, oversee platform administration, integrations, and deployment pipelines, and manage a global team of CRM developers, administrators, and AI specialists.
