Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A

Role Summary

Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A responsible for overseeing the Request for Capital Expenditures (RCE), Exchange analysis, and the Corp A profit center across all functions for Corporate Consolidation key cycles. Provides financial guidance in accordance with policies, delivers business decision support, and leads projects to improve financial processes. Works with cross-functional Finance teams and interacts with all organizational levels, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supports Consolidation processes for VP, Corporate FP&A with extended team
• Gatekeeper for C-Suite Requests for Capital Expenditures
• Owns end-to-end Exchange reporting and analysis
• Owns Corporate Admin (Corp A) budget
• Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders within Finance
• Supports key projects and initiatives (e.g., planning system standardization, management reporting and optimization) and drives process improvements
• Supports ad hoc analysis as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor‚Äôs degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses clearly and concisely
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
• Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus
