Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Content Infrastructure & MLR Global Capability Owner to design solutions that solve business problems; translate requirements into technical specifications and executable work.
- Translate capability roadmaps into scalable architectures and development plans; assess feasibility, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
- Lead technical delivery: build/configure/integrate solutions for Veeva PromoMats, MedComm Vault, and MLR Accelerator; lead agile ceremonies; own complex technical challenges end-to-end.
- Ensure compliance, auditability, and regulatory requirements for medical/promotional content workflows.
- Integrate content platforms with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, web, analytics); drive standardization, scalability, and MLR automation/optimization.
- Coordinate with business, IT security, and vendor partners; mentor engineers; lead cross-team technical problem solving.

Required/Preferred Qualifications (summary)
- BS in CS/engineering/IT or related.
- 7+ years post-BS (or 5+ post-MS) in software engineering/technical architecture/enterprise platforms.
- 2+ years as Tech Lead with hands-on technical leadership.
- Experience designing/delivering enterprise-scale content platforms and MLR workflow systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats, MedComm Vault, MLR Accelerator).
- Understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements for content/MLR workflows.
- Agile product development team experience.
- Preferred: pharmaceutical/healthcare; experience with rare disease/specialty brands.

Working Requirement
- 10–20% travel.

US Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Base pay range: $141,600.00–$212,400.00; eligible for discretionary bonus/incentive/equity and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401k, flexible paid vacation).
