Senior Manager Consumer Marketing

Role: Senior Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing focused on MASH patient engagement. Responsibilities: lead creation and management of patient-centric marketing assets, including ambassador stories and program materials; ensure scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency through cross-functional collaboration; oversee content lifecycle and refine strategies based on insights; represent Madrigal at patient events (~10% travel); oversee ambassador onboarding and training. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master’s preferred; 7+ years in biopharmaceutical consumer marketing or agency experience; strong project management and communication skills; experience with digital marketing, multimedia content is a plus. High-Value: experience with biopharma consumer marketing, patient engagement, digital content, and regulatory guidelines; ability to translate clinical data for patients; in-office 3 days/week in Conshohocken, PA or Waltham, MA; approximately 10% travel.
