Senior Manager, Congress Planning & Management

Role: Senior Manager, Congress Planning and Management, oversees the strategic planning and execution of national and regional congresses to support Tonix Pharmaceuticals' portfolio and commercial goals. Responsibilities: develop and implement congress strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Communications), manage logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets; monitor industry trends; lead post-event evaluations and optimize future activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 3+ years supporting pharma or biotech congresses and customer engagement; demonstrated experience with national/international event planning, vendor management, and product launches; strong project management, organizational, and communication skills; vendor negotiation expertise. Preferred: CMP, PMP certifications; experience with specialty pharma, biotech, CRM, and event platforms; ability to travel 30-40%, including weekends. High-value: supporting CNS or immunology therapies, product launches, and strategic congress engagement in a fast-paced biotech environment. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders and external vendors is integral, with no direct supervisory responsibilities.
