Senior Manager, Compliance and Training

Role: Senior Manager, Compliance and Training responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global training programs to ensure GMP and GxP compliance within Beam's biotech operations. Responsibilities include creating instructional materials, managing training system performance, supporting quality system digital landscape, maintaining the Quality Management System, and ensuring regulatory compliance through training. Qualifications: University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; 10+ years in GMP/GXP environments with at least 3 years in training oversight; strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements; proficiency with Quality Systems, Learning Management Systems, and Microsoft Office; excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
