Position Summary
Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence (CI) – point of contact for a comprehensive CI program supporting BMS’ multiple myeloma (MM) portfolio, focused on GPRC5D and BCMA x GPRC5D CAR T. Provides timely, strategic intelligence; manages external CI vendors/partners; leverages internal tools/platforms (including AI). Reports to VP, Competitive Intelligence and Strategic Foresight.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute the CI strategic plan for select MM areas within BMS’ hematology/cell therapy portfolio.
- Align with stakeholder priorities and strategic imperatives based on prioritized KITs/KIQs; collaborate with CI colleagues.
- Lead/manage CI activities within budget.

Core Activities
- Assess competitive environment and emerging scientific data to inform R&D, clinical, regulatory, access, and commercial strategies.
- Conduct analyses/research on Key Intelligence Topics/Questions; synthesize actionable recommendations.
- Implement the internal CI model (external vendors/partners, internal intelligence networks, internal IT tools/platforms).
- Ensure dissemination/access to competitive intelligence; respond to ad hoc business questions with expert analysis.

Clients: Commercial, Clinical Development, R&D, Access, Medical.

Qualifications
- BA/BS required; MBA/PharmD/PhD preferred.
- 3+ years competitive intelligence (primary/secondary research) or relevant experience.
- Experience designing/facilitating competitive simulation workshops.
- Preferred: hematology/cell therapy (especially multiple myeloma).
- Strong strategic thinking, data synthesis/analysis, and detail-oriented oral/written communication.
- Familiarity with pharma CI sources (e.g., Evaluate Pharma, GlobalData, Citeline, PubMed, SEC, clinical trial registries) desirable.
- Preferred: data visualization, strategic storytelling, and AI-enabled tools.

Compensation and Benefits (as stated)
- US (Madison/Giralda, NJ and Princeton, NJ): $152,150–$184,370.
