Position Summary
The Compensation Product Lead designs, governs, and continuously improves compensation programs, processes, and supporting product capabilities across the organization, delivering scalable compensation solutions aligned to business objectives, compliance, and employee/manager experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational execution and governance of annual compensation planning cycles (process management, systems coordination, stakeholder support, testing, reporting, issue resolution).
- Design, enhance, and govern compensation programs, tools, and operational processes.
- Drive continuous improvement for compensation products, annual cycles, salary structures, and administration processes.
- Partner with HRIS and technology teams to implement, optimize, and govern compensation systems, workflows, and reporting.
- Standardize compensation operational processes to improve scalability, efficiency, data integrity, compliance, and user experience.
- Support compensation governance (guidelines and operational standards) and audit readiness.
- Partner with Compensation, HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and People Services to ensure accurate execution.
- Analyze compensation trends/metrics and provide consultative guidance.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional Total Rewards/compensation projects (transformation, redesign, technology enhancements).
- Translate complex concepts into practical, scalable, user-focused solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (required). CCP certification or advanced degree (preferred).
- Typically 7–10 years in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Operations, or related function.
- Demonstrated experience in compensation program design, operations, process improvement, and annual cycle administration.
- Experience with HRIS/compensation platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Strong analytical, project/stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
