Responsibilities:
- Manage Commercialization Projects as a core member of the Launch Team to enable scalable launch execution and market readiness.
- Coordinate development and execution of cross-functional readiness plans (with the Director).
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across cross-functional teams (Market Access, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory) to ensure aligned execution.
- Support market-level launch readiness by coordinating key launch components.
- Coordinate launch readiness activities, governance processes, and continuous improvement efforts; leverage cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships.
- Maintain integrated project plans; proactively track risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across markets.
- Align timelines and reporting with global milestones and market-specific requirements (e.g., regulatory, access, launch sequencing); identify risks and interdependencies.
- Develop clear project plans and materials for visibility across global/regional/local stakeholders.
- Coordinate consistent communication across global/regional/local stakeholders, tailoring messaging to different org levels.
- Support preparation of materials/inputs for governance forums to inform decisions.
- Maintain project information, documentation, and team communications for timely governance visibility.
- Foster a high-performing team environment and effective collaboration.
Requirements:
- BA/BS required plus 5 yearsβ experience; MBA plus 3 yearsβ experience (or related advanced degree) strongly preferred.
- 3β5 years as a project manager in a pharmaceutical/biotech company, including process improvement or change initiatives.
- Oncology/Hematology experience required.
- Experience in market approval and/or commercial launch phases required.
- Proven oncology product launch experience; strong understanding of market access dynamics, regulatory requirements, and cross-market launch sequencing.
- Ability to manage multiple complex, interdependent projects; drive timelines/budgets; resolve cross-team issues while staying aligned to long-term strategy.
- Project leadership and strong organizational skills.
- Strong business acumen; synthesize complex information into clear insights/recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across global/market teams.
- Experience preparing materials/insights for governance forums and senior leadership decision-making.
