Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and execution of capability-building strategies aligned to TTR Franchise business priorities and measurable field performance outcomes
- Translate business goals into targeted learning strategies and solutions across the customer journey
- Partner with Commercial Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Patient Services, Operations) to identify performance gaps and define capability needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor for field execution, capability development, and training strategy
- Design and deliver high-impact learning experiences (live, virtual, digital) emphasizing application, practice, and behavior change
- Ensure learning solutions are scalable, efficient, and reduce time out of territory while maximizing impact
- Manage new hire onboarding and continuous learning programs to ensure readiness and sustained role performance
- Develop just-in-time learning approaches for ongoing field development
- Support and operationalize the Field Trainer model through facilitation, coaching, and in-field execution
- Provide guidance, tools, and support for consistent, high-quality learning delivery
- Use data, insights, and field feedback to assess capability gaps, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements
- Track and report KPIs demonstrating training impact on behavior change and business outcomes
- Design, develop, and deploy compliant learning materials aligned to brand strategy and clinical accuracy
- Manage the CRB submission process and ensure training materials meet legal, regulatory, and medical standards
- Apply innovative learning approaches/technologies (simulations, AI-enabled tools, digital platforms)
- Manage multiple learning initiatives/projects simultaneously with strong execution and stakeholder alignment
- Support National Sales Meetings (NSM), POA meetings, and other key field engagements
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality, cost-effective learning deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience; commercial field sales experience preferred
- Prefer 2+ years training experience in a headquarters role or as a field trainer
- Ability to translate business strategy into capability-building plans with measurable outcomes
- Preferred experience supporting product launches, complex therapeutic areas, or specialty markets
- Strong clinical data understanding; ability to translate scientific concepts into learning experiences
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders in a matrixed environment
- Strong executive presence and facilitation skills
- Experience using data/metrics to identify capability gaps and measure training effectiveness and business impact
- Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and modern learning approaches (digital, virtual, just-in-time)
- Preferred experience with innovative learning solutions (simulations, AI-enabled tools, scalable platforms)
- Strong project management; ability to manage multiple priorities/workstreams
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation/facilitation skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships across organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom)
- Ability to travel up to 20%
