Role Summary
Senior Manager, Commercial Training will assist in the development and implementation of training programs and curricula to enable Kiniksa to launch and grow market share of innovative products. The role partners with Commercial Training, Commercial Operations, Field Commercial Management, and the ARCALYST Brand Lead/Team to plan and execute training events and projects within the Commercial organization, specifically supporting training for Clinical Sales Specialists (CSS), Inside Sales Representatives (ISR), Thought Leader Liaisons (TLL), and Patient Access Leads (PAL).
Responsibilities
- Schedule, lead, and facilitate Initial Training workshops and practice sessions for new Field Sales (RSD, CSS) and Marketing (TLL, ISR) roles to support the Commercial organizationβs strategic goals
- Collaborate with Patient Services leadership to formalize Initial Training curriculum for PAL and identify learning needs to develop curricula for PAL upskilling
- Develop workshops, construct/distribute correspondence, and manage logistics for Regional, Divisional, and National Field Team Meetings
- Prepare and submit training materials for Promotional Review Committee (PRC) review and approval related to Sales and Patient Services materials
- Conduct field rides with CSS to tailor sales training to regional specifics and sustain training programs
- Contribute to the ARCALYST mastery learning system and competency model curriculum to meet ongoing learning needs
- Attend relevant training classes to maintain knowledge/skill level
- Document and maintain policies and procedures for areas of responsibility
- Adhere to Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory principles and practices
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5β8 years pharmaceutical/biotech experience
- Sales / Sales Management / Training experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills (public speaking; meeting facilitation; writing)
- Proficient in building curricula using adult learning principles, blended learning technologies, and instructional design
- Ability to teach advanced selling skills; capable of developing innovative, high-impact training programs
- Demonstrated project management experience from ideation to implementation to sustainability
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions; build rapport with stakeholders
- Experience in cardiovascular/rare disease markets and understanding of U.S. patient services programs preferred
- Strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel as needed

- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred
