Senior Manager, Commercial Technology & Digital Solutions

Role: Senior Manager overseeing commercial technology platforms, analytics, and digital capabilities for Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals' expanding commercial organization. Responsibilities: manage platform operations (including ZS ZAIDYN, Veeva CRM), develop Power BI dashboards, drive AI and automation initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, and manage vendor relationships and budgets. Ensure data quality, streamline processes, and support international expansion and product launches through scalable technology solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field; 8+ years supporting commercial systems within biotech or pharma; strong Power BI skills; experience managing vendors, projects, and budgets; knowledge of AI/digital tech supporting commercial ops; excellent communication and project leadership. Preferred: experience with ZS ZAIDYN, Veeva platforms.
