Senior Manager, Commercial Reporting Strategy

Role: Senior Manager, Commercial Reporting Strategy, responsible for leading the development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards, business intelligence, and AI-driven analytics to support decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Trade, Finance, and senior leadership. Responsibilities include defining reporting needs, managing data quality, embedding AI insights into dashboards, collaborating with data, IT, and vendor partners, and overseeing governance and user adoption. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 6-8 years of experience with at least 3 years in Power BI dashboard development, SQL querying large datasets (Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift); strong understanding of syndicated pharmaceutical data (Symphony, IQVIA, claims, wholesaler data). Preferred skills include expertise in commercial pharma analytics, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
