Senior Manager, Commercial Performance Optimization Technical Lead (Performance Optimization Global Capability, Advanced Analytics & Optimization).
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Global Capability Owner to design solutions that solve business problems; translate roadmaps into scalable architectures and development plans.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and executable work.
- Lead technical delivery: develop/configure/integrate software for MMM solutions, global dashboards/reporting, and governed KPI frameworks.
- Lead agile ceremonies; execute roadmap end-to-end; take ownership of complex technical challenges.
- Ensure governed implementation of KPI frameworks, standardized data models, and reporting structures.
- Support integration with upstream data sources and downstream activation systems; enable self-service dashboards.
- Drive automated reporting pipelines and reusable analytics assets with data governance and quality control.
- Partner with business, IT security, and vendors to meet standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements; mentor engineers/developers; lead cross-team problem solving.
Required skills/qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in CS/engineering/IS or related field.
- 7+ years (or 5+ with Master’s) delivering performance optimization/promotional analytics/marketing effectiveness in pharma/life sciences; hands-on MMM ownership.
- 2+ years as Tech Lead/TPM/Engineering Manager with hands-on enterprise analytics/reporting/cloud leadership.
- 2+ years designing/delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms (MMM, experimentation/optimization, KPI-driven analytics).
- Experience with incrementality/attribution/scenario modeling; enterprise architecture, cloud, APIs, integrations.
- Agile product development experience; matrixed org experience; mentor developers/vendor partners.
Preferred:
- Pharma/healthcare experience; rare disease/specialty brands; partnering with enterprise platform or Global Capability teams.
Working requirements:
- 10–20% travel.
