Senior Manager, Commercial MSAT, Polysaccharide

Role: Senior Manager, Commercial MSAT for Polysaccharides, overseeing launch readiness and ongoing commercial supply of glycoconjugate vaccine polysaccharides. Responsibilities include strategic planning for technology transfer, process validation, regulatory filings, and lifecycle management; leading cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes; and ensuring compliance and communication with regulatory agencies. Qualifications: Degree in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry; 8+ years of relevant experience in biologic production, with expertise in polysaccharide/protein conjugate vaccines, bacterial fermentation, and scale-up. Experience in MSAT, process development, or tech transfer is essential; familiarity with Raman spectroscopy, off-gas analyzers, and data visualization tools is desirable. High-value biopharma specifics include vaccine manufacturing, biologic process robustness, regulatory engagement, and global supply chain coordination. The role reports to the Director, MSAT Polysaccharides, and involves 10-30% travel. Location: Remote or San Carlos, CA.
