The Senior Manager, Commercial Insights & Effectiveness (Patient Services & Specialty Distribution) drives operational excellence and performance insights across Acadia's patient services and specialty distribution network. They will integrate data sources, generate actionable insights into the patient journey, define and monitor KPIs, assess process efficiencies, identify growth opportunities, and recommend enhancements to optimize patient support programs. The role involves delivering analyses of HUB, Specialty Pharmacy (SP), Specialty Distributor (SD), and 3PL operations and leading root-cause investigations.
