Role: Senior Manager, Commercial Data Governance & Management, overseeing governance, stewardship, and operational management of commercial data assets. Responsibilities: develop and maintain data governance frameworks, establish policies and standards, lead master data stewardship for HCP, account, and hierarchy data; govern business rules, and lead data catalog and metadata management to ensure data trustworthiness and discoverability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 7+ years in biopharma data management, governance, or commercial operations; experience implementing governance programs, metadata, and data quality initiatives; strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data sources. High-Value: focus on commercial data stewardship within biopharma, with responsibilities spanning data quality, master data, business rules, and metadata across commercial functions. Work setup: flexible onsite/remote in Bedford/Waltham, MA; ~5% travel.
