Senior Manager, CMC Project Management

Role: Senior Manager in Portfolio & Program Management responsible for leading cross-functional planning and execution of pipeline programs in cell therapy, specifically allogeneic CAR T products. Objectives: ensure disciplined project management, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of development milestones. Responsibilities: oversee integrated project plans, coordinate with teams across CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations; develop risk registers; support regulatory filings such as INDs and BLAs; and communicate progress to senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's in life sciences or related field; minimum 7 years of project management experience in biotech, with at least 3 years leading cross-functional teams; familiarity with CMC and clinical development processes; cell therapy or biologics experience preferred. High-Value: emphasis on CMC, cell therapy manufacturing, biologics, late-stage development, GMP/GxP environments, and collaborative cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
