Main objectives include study design, protocol implementation, site management, and vendor coordination. Responsibilities involve managing clinical trial activities, coaching research staff, handling trial contracts and budgets, designing study documents, training CROs and investigators, monitoring trial progress, and collaborating across R&D teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in life sciences or related field; 5-10 years in clinical research, with 3-5 years in leadership roles; experience managing CROs and all aspects of trial execution; proficient in regulatory standards and MS Office. Preferred: advanced degree and extensive trial management experience.
