Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Management

Role: Clinical Supply Chain Project Manager overseeing investigational medicinal product (IMP) supply for Arrowhead's clinical trials. Responsibilities: plan, forecast, and execute IMP supply activities including labeling, packaging, inventory management, and distribution; collaborate with Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and QA; manage global CMO relationships and oversee drug supply from release to final packaging; develop SOPs and processes ensuring GMP, GCP, and ICH compliance; handle vendor selection, contract negotiation, and process improvements. Requirements: 4-year degree in a relevant discipline; 4+ years in clinical supply chain management or project management; strong knowledge of GMP, GCP, ICH standards; vendor management skills; proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheet; excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: 6-8+ years industry experience; familiarity with electronic inventory tech and ERP systems. Salary: $140K–$180K depending on location.
