Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Integration

Role: Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Integration at Olema Oncology, overseeing end-to-end management of investigational medicinal product (IMP) supply for global clinical trials. Objectives include ensuring timely, compliant delivery of clinical materials, coordinating across manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and distribution, and partnering with internal teams and external vendors. Responsibilities involve managing supply timelines, logistics, vendor performance, and risk mitigation for multiple global sites, supporting late-stage oncology studies (Phase 3 trials in breast cancer), and improving operational processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 8+ years of experience in clinical supply within biotech/pharma, with knowledge of GMP, GDP, clinical operations, and regulatory standards; experience in global, late-stage oncology trials highly preferred. Familiarity with inventory, demand planning, and logistics systems is essential. The position is based in San Francisco or Boston, with 10-15% domestic/international travel.
