Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Integration

Role: Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Integration, overseeing end-to-end management of investigational medicinal products (IMPs) to ensure timely and compliant delivery for global oncology clinical trials. Responsibilities: coordinate supply activities across manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and distribution vendors; manage logistics, timelines, dependencies, and risks; collaborate with Clinical Operations, CMC, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance teams; maintain supply documentation and budgets; drive process improvements and SOP development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 8+ years in clinical supply within biotech/pharma, with experience supporting complex, late-stage global studies; deep understanding of GMP, GDP, regulatory standards, and clinical supply systems; vendor management expertise. Preferred: oncology trial experience, familiarity with inventory, demand planning, and logistics. High-Value: global clinical supply chain, late-stage (Phase 3) oncology trials, regulatory compliance, cross-functional collaboration, project management skills, and operational excellence. Work setup: based in San Francisco or Boston, with 10-15% travel.
