Role: Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Integration, reporting to the VP of Clinical Supply Chain, overseeing global end-to-end clinical supply operations for biopharmaceutical trials. Responsibilities include coordinating manufacturing, packaging, labeling, logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of investigational medicinal products (IMPs) across multiple regions; managing dependencies, risks, and vendor relationships; maintaining supply timelines and budgets; and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (master's preferred), with 8+ years of progressive clinical supply experience within biotech or pharma supporting complex, late-stage studies; strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, regulatory, and quality standards; experience in inventory, demand planning, and vendor governance; oncology clinical trial exposure is a plus. Attributes: Excellent communicator; highly organized; proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills; capable of managing multiple priorities and building cross-functional relationships. Work setup: Based in San Francisco or Boston, with 10-15% domestic/international travel.
