Senior Manager, Clinical Study Lead

Role: Senior Clinical Study Lead responsible for the global execution of large or complex clinical trials within Regeneron's Inflammation & Immunology therapeutic area. Objectives include trial delivery, compliance with SOPs and GCP, budget and timeline management, and stakeholder oversight. Responsibilities encompass study design, development of study documentation, vendor management, risk mitigation, site activation, patient recruitment, clinical supplies oversight, issue escalation, and study close-out. Leadership duties include supervising clinical trial management staff, performance management, and staff development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of relevant clinical trial experience, proven line management skills, and advanced proficiency in trial management systems and MS tools. Preferred qualifications include extensive experience in global clinical operations and protocol development.
