Brief Summary:
- Seeking a Clinical Scientist to join a Clinical Development team in Neuroscience drug development.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and address study/program questions.
- Develop and help implement the Global Clinical Development Plan for assigned molecules/indications.
- Assist in reviewing and authoring clinical study outlines and protocols.
- Read and interpret scientific/medical literature to support clinical documents and decision-making.
- Prepare clinical portions of regulatory filings and meeting packages (INDs, meeting requests, NDAs, etc.).
- Identify and coordinate clinical investigators for clinical trials and advisory board meetings.
- Collaborate with R&D functions (clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, clinical pharmacology, nonclinical) to execute clinical trials.
- Prepare clinical data and clinical program presentations.
- Review clinical study data; evaluate trends, outliers, and protocol deviations.
- Review, interpret, and approve safety and efficacy data in clinical study reports.
- Write protocol summaries, process documents, investigator brochures (with cross-functional teams).
- Provide input on clinical presentation slides and study/site communications.
- Develop communication strategies via KOL interactions, advisory boards, conferences/meetings, and publications.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborative, flexible, high emotional intelligence.
- 1+ years neuroscience clinical/scientific research (epilepsy a plus/preferred).
- 1+ years pharma/biotech experience OR postdoctoral/principal investigator experience in academia/government.
- Travel: up to 5–20%.

Education:
- PhD, MD, DO, PharmD, or other advanced scientific/clinical degree.
