Senior Manager, Clinical Scientist, Hematology

Role: Senior Manager, Clinical Scientist leading clinical study design, execution, and data interpretation within early- and late-stage development for rare hematologic and immunologic diseases. Responsibilities: collaborate with Medical Directors and cross-functional teams to shape study strategies, author key clinical documents, review safety and efficacy data, ensure GxP and regulatory compliance, and represent Clinical Sciences in scientific forums. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (PhD/MD/PharmD/MSc) preferred; 8+ years of pharmaceutical clinical development experience, ideally in rare hematologic or immunologic conditions. High-Value: experience in rare disease therapeutics, clinical trial design, GCP, and regulatory standards; involvement in early to late-phase (Ph1-3) drug development; strong scientific and analytical skills. Work Setup: primarily on-site with hybrid flexibility in Tarrytown, NY or Warren, NJ.
