Role: Manager/Senior Manager, Clinical Outsourcing at a clinical-stage biotech, overseeing clinical vendor management for Phase 1–3 trials. Responsibilities include negotiating and managing contracts (MSAs, SOWs), overseeing RFP processes, tracking study budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (clinical operations, legal, finance) to ensure timely, cost-effective trial execution. The role requires managing multiple vendors across categories like CROs, labs, and imaging, with a focus on optimizing contracts and budgets.
Requirements: 5–7 years (Manager level) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) in clinical outsourcing or clinical operations within biopharma or biotech. Proven experience in contract negotiations, vendor management, and budget oversight. Strong project management skills, stakeholder collaboration, and understanding of clinical trial processes. Bachelor's degree required; experience with central laboratory services is a plus.
