Senior Manager, Clinical Data Enablement

Role: Senior Manager, Clinical Data Enablement, focusing on end-to-end management of clinical data pipelines in cloud environments (AWS/Azure). Main objectives include ensuring reliable, compliant delivery of clinical data products, optimizing data ingestion, transformation, and delivery processes. Responsibilities: develop and maintain scalable cloud ETL/ELT pipelines, partner with vendors and internal teams to define data transfer standards, automate operations, and embed data integrity controls aligned with GxP standards; collaborate with downstream teams to deliver high-quality datasets and interfaces; monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring audit-ready documentation and lifecycle management. Qualifications: BS/BA plus 6+ years in data engineering, with expertise in SQL, Python, data modeling, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Experience with clinical data standards (CDISC, SDTM), API integrations, GxP-regulated environments, and version control tools (Git). Preferred skills include knowledge of SDLC practices, regulatory inspection experience, and relevant certifications.
