Senior Manager, Clinical Contracts

Role: Senior Manager, Clinical Contracts responsible for negotiating and managing clinical trial agreements, serving as liaison among Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, and external vendors. Responsibilities include contract lifecycle management, tracking amendments and budgets, supporting RFx and site payment processes, and establishing SOPs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 8+ years contract management experience within biotech/pharma, with clinical site budget expertise and global Phase 1-3 trial knowledge. Oncology trial experience is preferred. Skills: strong analytical, communication, and process improvement abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of GxP and regulatory guidelines.
