Senior Manager Category Procurement β IM MOPS (Marketing Operations) for Innovative Medicine sector.
Responsibilities:
- Determine global Marketing Operations (MOPS) business needs/priorities and develop Procurement strategies to support them.
- Incorporate industry trends into MOPS category strategies.
- Develop and implement an end-to-end, multi-region, multi-year procurement strategy for MOPS to create/extract value.
- Build strategic supplier partnerships (performance management, value improvement, innovation) and interface with suppliers to align on quality, reliability, innovation, and cost; ensure responsible sourcing with sustainable suppliers.
- Shape and achieve performance targets (e.g., savings, cash flow, responsible sourcing).
- Lead major global strategic negotiations for owned MOPS initiatives.
- Collaborate with other Global Category Procurement Teams, Regional Agile Teams, Global Services, Responsible Sourcing, and Procurement Digital/Process/Capabilities; coordinate with senior business leaders.
- Support development and maintenance of processes/policies/guidelines that improve end-user efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience.

- Core Procurement proficiency (e.g., category management, supplier management/performance, operational excellence).
- Strong problem-solving, business acumen, leadership/influencing, communication to senior executives, project/change management, and learning agility.
