Responsibilities:
- Determine Innovative Medicines global business needs/priorities for Marketing Operations (MOPS) and devise procurement strategies
- Use industry trends to ensure sustainable relevance of MOPS category strategies
- Develop and implement an end-to-end, multi-region, multi-year procurement strategy for MOPS, creating/extracting value from spend
- Build supplier partnerships; manage performance and improvement; interface with suppliers to align with J&J SRM objectives (quality, reliability, innovation, cost) and support responsible/sustainable sourcing
- Shape and achieve performance targets (e.g., savings, cash flow, responsible sourcing)
- Lead major global strategic negotiations for owned MOPS initiatives
- Coordinate with Global/Regional Category teams, Global Services, Responsible Sourcing, and Procurement Digital/Process/Capabilities; collaborate with senior business leaders
- Support development/implementation/maintenance of processes/policies/guidelines/content that drive end-user efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience

- Core procurement proficiency (e.g., supply market analysis, category management, supplier management/performance, operational excellence)
