Senior Manager, Cardiovascular/ Repatha Omnichannel Orchestration (Hybrid - Once a month on campus)

What You Will Do
The Senior Manager, Omni Engagement Orchestration will help CV/Repatha move to an audience-first, signal-informed engagement model. This is an audience, decisioning, and experience orchestration role to coordinate journeys across field, CRM, web, paid media, events, access, and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead audience-first engagement orchestration across HCP and DTC strategies (activation readiness, barriers, journey requirements, route logic, suppression, contact strategy, measurement).
- Partner with CSS Pod and PCP Pod to translate brand strategy, approved messaging, modular content, PMR insights, field needs, and customer signals into coordinated paths across touchpoints.
- Define orchestration briefs (active barrier, lead module, message role, route owner, Tier 1 action, qualifying signals, suppression logic, KPI).
- Develop business requirements for segmentation, dynamic audiences, triggered journeys, next best action/content, engagement scoring, frequency management, reach strategy, field coordination, access/support routing, event follow-up, and journey analytics.
- Connect customer signals across CRM, web, Veeva, paid media, events, access/support, claims/Rx/lab/HCP identity, research, and digital intent sources.
- Coordinate a single engagement decisioning model with cross-functional analytics/tech/GCCI/field/Veeva/CRM/web/media/access/support/Medical/Legal/Regulatory/Compliance/Privacy/agency/enterprise data teams.
- Build learning loops (performance readouts, PMR learnings, dashboarding, E-L-L measurement, experimentation, customer movement).
- Support vendor/agency leadership across relevant partners.
- Promote omni principles: coordinated customer experience, decision quality over channel volume, measure movement not activity, continuous learning.

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree + 2 years, OR Master’s + 4 years, OR Bachelor’s + 6 years, OR Associate’s + 10 years, OR High school diploma/GED + 12 years in marketing/commercial/digital/analytics/content/operations or related.

Preferred Qualifications
- Regulated-industry experience (pharma/biotech/medtech/healthcare) with omnichannel, HCP/DTC marketing, CRM/media/analytics/field enablement/access/customer engagement.
- Experience translating audience strategy and signals into journey requirements, segmentation/personalization, route logic, suppression, contact strategy, next best action/content, or marketing automation.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, CDP/Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein, LUMEN, decisioning engines, Veeva CRM/Approved Email, RTE, CLM, iCVA, Rep Alerts, Concierge (or comparable).
- Familiarity with GA4, Ostro, HCP identity resolution, NPI-level activation, programmatic HCP media, publishers, point-of-care partners, access/support signals, claims/lab/Rx/NBRx/payer and paid media signals.
- Experience with journey analytics, dashboarding, attribution, experimentation/test-and-learn, optimization, continuous improvement.
- Strong vendor/agency management, cross-functional influence, facilitation/synthesis, and change-management.
