The Senior Manager CM Sales Strategy and Engagement is responsible for overall Sales engagement management in support of the Cardiometabolic Field Teams. The overarching purpose is to strategically manage, coordinate, and deliver communication and engagement initiatives that support the Cardiometabolic (CM) sales organization, its leadership, and broader enterprise partners. This role will ensure that all field-facing communications are clear, timely, and aligned with organizational goals, driving engagement, operational efficiency. Responsible for follow-through, tracking, and participating in departmental projects and processes. Ensures field insights are built as part of all processes and communications before deployment to the field.
