Tech Lead, Campaign Planning & Automation (Campaign Planning Global Capability)

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Campaign Planning & Automation Global Capability Owner to design solutions; translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead technical delivery: campaign planning platforms; audience management/segmentation; CRM/data/analytics integration; agile ceremonies; end-to-end ownership of complex technical challenges.
- Guide development teams on campaign configuration, automation workflows, and scalable activation patterns.
- Ensure security, regulatory compliance, and enterprise standards; manage vendor partners; escalate and resolve cross-capability technical issues.
- Mentor engineers/developers and lead cross-team problem solving.

Required/Preferred Skills & Experience
- Design, test, deploy, operate, and improve scalable, secure, compliant enterprise solutions.
- Enterprise architecture, cloud, integration patterns, APIs, and data architecture.
- Experience with campaign orchestration/marketing automation, segmentation/targeting, consent & preference management, CRM governance.
- Build reusable campaign frameworks; integrate CRMs, orchestration, analytics, customer data platforms.
- Experience leading mixed internal/vendor teams; collaborate with UX/UI; Agile product development.
- BS in CS/engineering/IT (or related); 7+ years post-BS (or 5+ with MS) in campaign orchestration/omnichannel marketing ops (pharma preferred); 2+ years as Tech Lead/TPM/Eng Manager.
- Preferred: pharma/healthcare; enterprise platform or Global Capability partnerships; rare disease/specialty brands.

Working requirement: 10–20% travel.

Benefits/Compensation (US candidates only)
- Base pay range: $141,600.00–$212,400.00; may be eligible for bonus/incentive and discretionary equity; medical/dental/vision, 401(k), flexible paid vacation.
