Senior Manager, CV / Repatha Omnichannel Search, GEO & AI Answer Engine (Hybrid - once a month on campus)

What You Will Do
- Serve as CV/Repatha business lead for GEO; partner with GCCI and the GEO vendor to translate enterprise GEO strategy, customer search behavior, and AI-answer-engine insights into brand actions.
- Translate insights from AI/search environments (e.g., Google AI Overviews/Mode, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, LLMs) into practical CV/Repatha implications.
- Connect search/AI answer behavior to content planning, web experience, analytics, and cross-functional teams (Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Privacy, GCCI, agency, enterprise platforms).
- Ensure the organization can translate clinical pre-prescribing questions into approved, findable, credible, measurable, actionable digital experiences.
- Manage remit end-to-end: strategy translation, planning, requirements, cross-functional alignment, execution readiness, deployment coordination, performance measurement, insight generation, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead CV/Repatha search, SEO, GEO/AEO, AI visibility, zero-click search, answer-engine readiness, and cross-platform search intelligence (HCP and DTC).
- Build query-to-answer and answer-to-action frameworks (FAQ strategy, schema considerations, discoverability, source authority).
- Partner with Modular Content Operations to convert learnings into JIB inputs, MAC matrix updates, briefs, answer blocks, FAQs, web enhancements, and modular priorities.
- Monitor/synthesize AI visibility, citation/share metrics, search behavior analytics, and content gaps.
- Partner to ensure approved content is structured, discoverable, credible, measurable, and actionable across key digital experiences and platforms.

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate + 2 years, OR Master’s + 4 years, OR Bachelor’s + 6 years, OR Associate’s + 10 years, OR High school/GED + 12 years in marketing, commercial, digital, analytics, content, operations, or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Regulated industry experience (pharma/biotech/healthcare) with search/web/omnichannel/HCP or DTC marketing/content strategy/digital CX.
- Experience with SEO/GEO/AEO, AI search/answer engines, query taxonomy/optimization, and AI visibility reporting.
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, structured data/schema, AEM, Ostro/OpenEvidence, and comparable platforms.
- Ability to translate emerging AI/search trends into compliant requirements; strong HCP vs DTC and branded vs unbranded understanding.
- Experience partnering with Medical/Legal/Regulatory/Compliance/Privacy and related teams; strong writing, synthesis, facilitation, stakeholder influence, analytical judgment, and change leadership.
