As the Senior Manager, Business Solutions and Reporting - People Services (PS), this role analyzes and optimizes current and prospective business processes, leading efforts to identify improvement opportunities and technical solutions. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams and projects to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency, delivering strategic solutions aligned with People Services goals and broader company objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead development of business requirements documentation for implemented solutions, integrations, and data flows.
- Identify process efficiencies and design business solutions, workflows, and integrations across People Services systems/platforms.
- Lead and expand low code/no code adoption by establishing best practices.
- Guide resolution of complex business/technical issues impacting workflows, data integrity, and outcomes.
- Lead discussions to gather facts and contribute to design/review/implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams/stakeholders to translate requirements into functional/technical specifications for IT partners.
- Communicate effectively with IT partners, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and trust.
- Research emerging technologies/AI trends and recommend improvements.
- Provide strategic insights, reports, and recommendations based on data and AI-driven insights.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Analytics, IT, or Business Administration (Information Systems) or related field.
- 10โ€“12 yearsโ€™ experience leading business solutions, data analytics, and integrations.
- SME in business solutions, data analytics, and integrations; advanced HR technology, data architecture, and AI (ML, NLP, computer vision).
- High EQ; calm under pressure.
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data (e.g., Apache Spark) desired.
- Familiarity with low code/no code (Quickbase, Workday, PRISM, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with API integrations, ETL, and data warehouses.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; excellent communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred/Plus:
- Business intelligence tools and data visualization knowledge.

Compensation/Benefits (explicitly stated):
- Tampa, FL, US: $134,560โ€“$163,049.
