Responsibilities:
- Lead development of business documentation (business requirements) for solutions, integrations, and data flows.
- Identify process efficiencies and design business solutions, workflows, and integrations to enhance operational efficiency across People Services.
- Establish low code/no code best practices and guide delivery of flexible, scalable solutions.
- Resolve complex business and technical issues by assessing impacts to workflows, data integrity, and outcomes.
- Lead peer discussions, gather facts, and contribute to design/review/implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional/technical specs for IT partners.
- Build relationships with IT partners, stakeholders, and external vendors; communicate effectively to ensure alignment.
- Research emerging technologies (including AI trends) and recommend improvements.
- Provide strategic insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership using data and AI-driven insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, IT, Business Administration (Information Systems) or related field.
- 10–12 years of leadership/consulting experience overseeing teams in business solutions, data analytics, and integrations.
- Subject matter expertise in business solutions, data analytics, and integrations; advanced knowledge of HR technology, data architecture, and AI applications (ML, NLP, computer vision).
- High emotional intelligence; remains calm under pressure.
- Desirable: experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks on Azure/AWS) and connecting to Power BI for HR reporting.
- Familiarity with low code/no code tools and platforms (e.g., Quickbase, Workday, PRISM, Power BI).
- Experience with API integrations, ETL, and data warehouses.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; works independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders; BI/data visualization knowledge is a plus.
