Senior Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics

Role: Lead and manage a team of BI report developers and analysts to deliver scalable data and analytics solutions within the Allergan Aesthetics technology team. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end solution delivery, stakeholder communication, architecture design, and team mentorship; ensure data integrity and transform data into actionable insights; establish governance and best practices for analytics solutions; manage budgets and project timelines; ensure compliance with policies. Requirements: Bachelor's in Software Engineering, Business, or related field, with 8+ years' experience; proficiency in BI tools like PowerBI, Qlik, Spotfire; experience with Snowflake, SQL, data pipelines, and DevOps; strong communication and leadership skills; experience managing cross-functional and multi-vendor teams; knowledge of data governance and quality practices. Preferred: familiarity with Dataiku and Tableau; industry experience in pharmaceutical commercial and sales operations.
