Role: Senior Manager, Biostatistics supporting RWD/RWE analyses in the biopharma sector, with a focus on cancer-related research. Responsibilities: develop protocols/SAPs, select statistical methods, analyze large datasets from claims, registries, EHR, and patient-reported outcomes; collaborate on database design; interpret results, prepare reports, review statistical documents, and contribute to methodological research; provide training and statistical consultation to cross-functional teams. Requirements: PhD or Master’s in statistics/biostatistics; 2+ or 4+ years relevant experience; proficiency in SQL, R, Python, SAS; knowledge of experimental design, big data analysis, and RWE applications; strong communication skills; proactive, detail-oriented, team player.
