Senior Manager, Biostatistics

Role: Senior Manager, Biostatistics at Genmab, supporting clinical development of antibody therapeutics, primarily up to proof of concept and/or as trial responsible statistician. Responsibilities: act as lead biostatistician for designated compounds/indications, engage with regulatory authorities, ensure consistency of statistical methods across trials, contribute to regulatory discussions, and support integrated data analysis and scientific communication. Participate in cross-disciplinary committees (CDT, CTT), provide statistical input for trial design, analysis plans, vendor oversight, and regulatory submission activities. Requirements: MS/PhD in statistics or related field, 5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, experience with clinical trials—preferably in oncology, knowledge of adaptive trial designs, modeling, and simulation. Skills: strong communication, ability to work independently and in teams, proactive, goal-oriented, capable of managing fast-paced environments.
