Senior Manager, Biostatistics

Role: Senior Manager, Biostatistics, leading statistical design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trials within Eikon’s biopharmaceutical research. Responsibilities: collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop statistical analysis plans; perform advanced analyses on complex datasets; guide and mentor biostatisticians; contribute to regulatory submissions and scientific publications; stay current with evolving biostatistics trends and implement advanced statistical tools. Requirements: PhD or equivalent in statistics/biostatistics with at least 3 years’ clinical research experience or Master’s with 7+ years; strong proficiency in R (Posit/RStudio ecosystem); extensive oncology trial experience with familiarity in RECIST, dose-escalation designs (e.g., BOIN), and biomarker analysis; deep understanding of regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA); experience with Bayesian and adaptive trial designs; excellent communication and leadership skills.
