Senior Manager, Biostatistics

Role: Senior Manager, Biostatistics, leading statistical activities for Corcept's clinical development programs focused on cortisol modulation in diseases such as hypercortisolism and oncology. Responsibilities: oversee statistical analyses of clinical trials, manage external statisticians and programmers, ensure timely and quality delivery of analyses, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Commercial), validate regulatory data packages, and contribute to biostatistical SOPs. Requirements: MS or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or Mathematics; 2+ years in clinical trial development; proficiency in SAS and R; knowledge of global regulatory guidance for statistical analyses; experience managing CROs. High-Value: biologics and small molecules targeting cortisol pathways, clinical development stages from early to late-phase trials, regulatory compliance, GxP practices, cross-functional collaboration.
