Role: Senior Manager of Biostatistics supporting clinical development teams; responsible for trial design, analysis planning, result interpretation, and regulatory document preparation. Responsibilities: collaborate on study methodology, author and review analysis plans, statistical reports, and publications; perform and validate analyses; communicate results effectively; ensure compliance with BMS standards; advance technical knowledge in statistical methods and drug development processes. Requirements: PhD with 3+ years or MS with 5+ years in statistics, biostatistics, or related field; proficiency in SAS, R, or Python; strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred: experience with clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and advanced statistical methods.
