Senior Manager, Biomarker Operations

Role: Senior Manager, Biomarker Operations responsible for leading clinical biomarker sample strategies and day-to-day operations in early-phase clinical studies. Objectives include optimizing biospecimen collection, handling, storage, and related processes to support high-quality translational research. Responsibilities encompass managing sample logistics, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Translational Science, Clinical, QA, vendors), overseeing vendor qualification and audits, coordinating with clinical and IT teams for data reporting, and maintaining sample inventories and SOPs. Qualifications: MS or higher with 3+ years or BS with 5+ years of biomarker operations experience; proven ability to manage biomarker workflows from study start to finish; familiarity with clinical trial processes, central labs, and CRO management; knowledge of cancer biology, immunology, biomarkers, and clinical trial methodology is advantageous; experience with LIMS and IND-related activities preferred.
